Prior Experience
Extensive experience in managing patent filings, prosecutions, litigations, and performing infringement and validity analyses, along with developing comprehensive IP strategies for multinational corporations.
Established and managed the patent filing processes, patent portfolios, and various IP policies at DuPont (formerly Dow) Korea R&D Center since its inception in 2011. Key policies include inventor remuneration programs and Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) clearance, among others.
Provided strategic leadership and expert advice on licensing, settlement negotiations, IP strategies, and IP agreements as the lead IP counsel for DuPont¡¯s (formerly Dow¡¯s) Display Technology division.
